We are centrally located in the heart of downtown Vancouver and close to the Millennium and Canada Skytrain lines. Our wellness centre is on the 3rd floor at 900 Howe street, on the corner of Smithe and Howe in downtown Vancouver, adjacent to the Provincial Law Courts.

Our Facilities
Cranky Knot consists of four treatment rooms as well as a comfortable reception area. Each of our four rooms reflect our four seasons, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. We have made every concession to develop a warm, safe and beautiful atmosphere which includes relaxing music, ambient lighting and a five star environment.
